Return policy
We want you to love every item. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, opened consumables, personal care items, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to return
Email us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll send return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued in MYR to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
